Room Reservations

Several rooms within the library are available for public use.

William C. Alexander Meeting Room A

This large meeting space is located across the hall from the main library area and is available for public use by reservation only.  It may be used outside of library open hours. Reservations can be booked up to six months in advance by contacting the library.  Rental charges are on a sliding scale.  See the Meeting Room Policy or contact the library for more information.

   Amenities: 

  • kitchenette with sink, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils.

  • tables and chairs

  • podium

  • dry-erase white board

  • projection screen

  • wall mounter TV screen

  • DVD & VHS player

  • sound system

  • United States and Iowa flags

  • foosball table

Meeting Room B

This room is located within the main library area and is available only during open library hours.  Reservations can be made as described in the Meeting Room Policy or it may be used on a walk-in basis with permission of library staff.

  • table with power plugins
  • dry-erase white board

Study Room A

This room is located within the main library area and is available only during open library hours.  Reservations can be made as described in the Meeting Room Policy or it may be used on a walk-in basis with permission of library staff.

  • seating for two
  • counter space with desktop computer

Study Room B

This room is located within the main library area and is available only during open library hours.  Reservations can be made as described in the Meeting Room Policy or it may be used on a walk-in basis with permission of library staff.

  • counter space with desktop computer and speakers

Study Room C

This room is located within the main library area and is available only during open library hours.  Reservations can be made as described in the Meeting Room Policy or it may be used on a walk-in basis with permission of library staff.
